Data Supply - The supply of residential opt-in for marketing names
& addresses. Data can be supplied geographical such as County, TV
Regions , Regions e.g. England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland , London inner
and outer or postcodes. Our consumer lists can be expanded further to provide
telephone numbers from our selected partners and near neighbours therefore
expanding your potential market. All data is verified as opt-in names &
addresses.
Telephone Number Appending - Our telephone appending and telephone
addition service supplied by our selected partners, checks your records
individually against the latest databases to update and add telephone numbers,
where available, to your business or residential listings. Our charges are very
competitive due to the volume of our business and long term establishment within
the industry.
Data Verification & Post Coding (Address Cleaning) - Name
& address checks and our address correction system uses the latest Royal
Mail Postcode and Address file (P.A.F.). We can enhance and clean your
incomplete or out of date data.
TPS & MPS screening - Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and
Mail Preference Service (MPS) are used to prevent unlawful contact such as under
the Telecommunications Regulations and should be carried out every 28 days.
Gone Away Suppression (G.A.S.) File - Suppresses unwanted records
that save on costs and embarrassment on incorrect information such as recent
movers or bereavements.
Demographic Profiling - Targets your potential customers by
selecting a specific criteria for example, a certain age or income. These
techniques can be applied to filter out any unwanted characteristics to help
increase the success rate of any marketing campaign.
Data De-Duplication - Our suppression / de-duplication service at
telephone number or address level to remove any duplicate records from your
databases which saves on time and cost. This technique can also be used when we
supply data so that you don't receive any records that you have previously
